A 24 year old female patient had reported to the out patient department of Floss Dental Noida with a chief complaint of spacing in front teeth since 5 years. On oral examination, it was revealed that the patient had generalized spacing in upper and lower anterior teeth region. A diagnostic impression and intraoral & extraoral diagnostic pictures were recorded. Diagnostic OPG & Lateral Cephalogram x-rays were also recorded.
